At Honkai Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Honkai Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
